1. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. The shipping method selected during checkout will depend on the size of the order, delivery location, and your preferences. We provide the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: For most products, this option offers affordable delivery and typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery (depending on your location).
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, you can opt for expedited shipping, which typically delivers in 2-3 business days.
- White Glove Delivery: For large or fragile furniture items, we offer a White Glove Delivery service. This premium service includes assembly and placement of your furniture in your home. Delivery times for this service may vary and will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.
2. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For large items or multiple pieces, shipping fees may be higher.
- We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the continental United States. Certain restrictions may apply depending on the size and type of items in your order.
- For expedited shipping, additional fees will apply and will be calculated during checkout.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations may be available upon request. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@celsonali.com for shipping rates and options.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
5. Delivery Times
- Standard delivery times generally range from 5-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping orders will arrive within 2-3 business days.
- For White Glove Delivery, a team member will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please allow for additional scheduling flexibility.
6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination. This allows us to process and fulfill each order accurately and efficiently.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@celsonali.com or call (641) 774-4786. We will assist with a return or replacement, at no additional cost to you.
- For missing items, please notify us immediately, and we will investigate the issue. We will either resend the missing items or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
8. Delivery Delays
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or high-demand periods. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
9. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking details. You can track the status of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website. If you have trouble accessing tracking information or have questions about the delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
